We provide the meals and easy access – our solution automates the administrative process for both NDIS recipients and Plan Managers. This includes only charging 30% of the meal cost upfront and invoicing the Plan Manager the remaining amount.

How Do NDIS Meals Work?

Sign up by creating an account with our online ordering platform. The steps to create your online account and order online are detailed below.

  • Create an account here

  • Go to My Account

  • Go to the NDIS area and select Apply

  • Select Apply for NDIS and fill in your details

Plan Managed:

  • You and Table Made will receive a copy of the Quote.

  • The Plan Manager then approves your Quote or follows up any issues.

  • Once approved, you can place an order.

Self Managed:

  • You and Table Made will receive a copy of the Quote

  • You are able to place an order without approval.

  • The compliant invoice template will be emailed when each order is placed.

  • You are then able to claim back 70% of the cost of order and delivery fee via your online Portal.

Once Set Up

  • Orders can be placed at any time by clicking on this link or by calling Lou on 0425 221 199 on a Monday between 2 and 4pm to place your order over the phone. Phone orders are only accepted on this number on Mondays between 2-4pm.

  • At the time of ordering you will choose a delivery time that suits your schedule. Deliveries are made Tuesday to Friday and dependent on your location. All meals are delivered frozen and in insulated recyclable packaging so if you are not home at the time of delivery they can be left in a safe place and will keep frozen for many hours.
