  • To place an order, simply browse our menu, select the dishes you’d like to order, and proceed to the checkout page. Follow the prompts for delivery and payment information. Once your order is placed, it will be prepared for delivery.

  • We use fresh ingredients (no pre made curry pastes or the like). Our dishes are crafted with flavour, nutrition and ease with your table in mind to ensure a delightful dining experience. Our meals are snap frozen and delivered frozen. They are mix of ready to eat and some prep (minimum) required.

  • We offer dishes that cater to various dietary requirements. Our menu includes options for vegetarians, vegans, and those with gluten-free, dairy-free or nut-free diets. Each dish is clearly labeled on the packaging and website with the relevant dietary and allergens information. All meals are prepared in a facility where tree-nuts, gluten, soy, sesame and shellfish are prepared. Unfortunately, we are not able to to customise meals.

  • Yes, all our dishes are made with fresh, ethically sourced and high-quality ingredients. We believe in using the best ingredients to ensure the taste and health benefits of our meals. We only make what we enjoy with our own family.

  • Our dishes are made fresh and snap frozen to maintain maximum nutrition. They are delivered frozen and have a minimum shelf life of 6 months when stored properly in the freezer. We provide detailed storage instructions and shelf-life information with each specific product to help you enjoy the dishes at their best. We recommend consumption within 48 hours of defrosting.

  • We deliver Tues-Friday across Greater Sydney, Wollongong, Newcastle and the Central Coast. Delivery days will vary based on your location.

    Collection is available Fridays 2-4pm from our kitchen at 40 Bertram Street, Mortlake, NSW.

  • No, your order is packed in wool insulated packaging and will be kept frozen for 8 hours (out of the sun and rain). Please ensure a safe, dry and covered place is confirmed if you won’t be home at the time of delivery.

  • Yes - we love being part of you supporting and/or celebrating with your friends, family and community. Simply visit the the 'Vouchers' tab to order. Upon purchase you will receive the voucher via email. Alternatively, you can have it sent directly to the recipient. If requested, we are pleased to add a printed personalised message.

  • Yes, the minimum order value of $90 applies for delivery orders and $70 for pick up orders.

  • We’re committed to making nutritious, ready-made meals accessible for NDIS participants.

    How does it work?

    Plan-Managed Participants: You only pay 30% of the meal cost upfront. The remaining 70% is invoiced directly to your Plan Manager.

    Self-Managed Participants: You pay the full amount upfront and receive an NDIS-approved invoice, allowing you to claim back 70% through the NDIS online portal.

    How do I access meals through my NDIS package?

  • We’re proud to provide nutritious, freshly prepared meals, for Home Care Package (HCP) recipients.

    How does it work?

    If you have an approved Home Care Package, you can access our meals with a 70% rebate. This means you only need to pay 30% of the meal cost upfront, while the rest is covered by your Care Provider.

    How to apply

    To start ordering, you’ll need approval from your Care Provider. Simply follow these steps:

    1. Submit an application via our HCP application page.

    2. Enter your delivery address and your Care Coordinator or Care Manager’s email.

    3. Your Care Provider will review and approve your application.

    4. Once approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email, and you can start ordering rebated meals.
