Meet Lou.
Table Made was born from the belief that food should nourish the body and comfort the soul. It’s more than just a meal service — it’s a return to wholesome, homestyle cooking, made with love and delivered with care.
Lou is a country girl at heart, raised in a home where everything was hand grown, hand made, and deeply appreciated. The garden was always full, the pantry always stocked with homemade jams and relishes, and there was always something delicious on the stove. With fresh milk, eggs, and a buzzing beehive out back, food was a way of life — grown, gathered, prepared, and shared with intention.
That deep-rooted respect for ingredients and nutrition only deepened when Lou became a mother. Her first child was born without a jawbone, and the journey that followed transformed the way Lou thought about food. Every single bite had to count — in flavour, in nourishment, and in the comfort it could bring. Lou began to create meals that were rich in nutrients, full of flavour, and made with the kind of love only a mother can give.
That same philosophy is at the heart of Table Made today. Whether it's our best-selling Last Supper Meatballs, Healthy Chilli Con Carne, or crowd-favourite Chicken Pot Pie, each dish is carefully crafted to deliver both comfort and nutrition — like our Butter Chicken, which has a secret base of pureed zucchini. You won’t taste it, but your body will thank you.
